Investor Agreement

This Investor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Investor") and Paramount Digital Services ("Company"), the operator of PDS WhatsApp Leads Investor Portal.

1. Investment Categories

• Category A — Revenue Participation: Investor receives a proportional share of net platform revenue for the duration of the investment term.
• Category B — Service Benefits: Investor receives access to verified WhatsApp contacts/leads commensurate with the invested plan level.
• Hybrid Plans: A combination of both Category A and B as specified in the chosen plan.

2. Investment Term & Activation

Investment terms begin on the date of confirmed Paystack payment and expire as specified per plan. Early exit forfeits remaining benefits. Renewals must be initiated before expiry date.

3. Return Distribution

Revenue participation returns are calculated monthly based on platform earnings. Distributions are credited to the investor's wallet within the first 5 working days of each month. Service benefits (leads) are made available within 48 hours of investment activation.

4. Upgrade & Credit Policy

Investors may upgrade their plan before expiry. The upgrade credit is calculated server-side as: daily_rate × remaining_days, applied automatically as a discount on the new plan cost.

5. Investor Obligations

• Maintain a valid, active investor account in good standing
• Not share, resell, or transfer received leads to third parties without authorisation
• Report any platform errors or discrepancies within 7 days of occurrence

6. Company Obligations

• Deliver agreed benefits within specified timeframes
• Maintain investor data security in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Provide transparent analytics and reporting via the investor dashboard
• Process plan renewals, upgrades, and exits as described in the Terms of Service

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to the Company's support team for resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to mediation under Nigerian law before any legal proceedings.

8. Acceptance

By completing payment and activating an investment plan, the Investor confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Investor Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
